The men and women who serve in the United States Military make remarkable sacrifices for their country. While there is no way to truly repay the service given to the country by military personnel, at the very least it is possible to show them gratitude by providing financial assistance to those military children and their spouses who are struggling to meet the rising costs of college tuition. Providing education grants to military veteran family members is actually no match to everything they have done for the country, for us, but they could help a lot.
As a small way in which the people of the United States say thank you to the dedicated members of the armed forces and their families, the IVET provides education grants to military veteran family members. Most states offer some form of financial aid for the college children of military service-members. IVET then helps make these state supported scholarships be more accessible for the children of military veteran members accessible thereby giving the interested and eligible students an idea of the types of programs that may be available in their state.
